I was told by an ML that her Whatsapp was managed and they took a $30 cut per booking vs if you msged her via sms. Man all these complicated setups. I don't think setting up an appointment is worth a $30-50 cut. Anyway I suspect those business accounts have a high chance to be agent managed?

Just visited Bao La recently.

Seldom or almost never wrote any MR before but i did enjoyed myself this time so here it goes.
