My 1st stay at hcmc is at Tan My Dinh in 2005 Dec. The price is abt US$35 per day, not sure it has increased since then...

Since TMD and Sunflower are the 2 preferred choice hotel. But bro, try Tan Hai Long at 14 Le Lai, very near to Cho Benh Thanh. New & good, Suite going at USD80 with a good spread of Breakfast.

I also never stay there for a while. Last told price start from USD60 and up.

There is a Casino in Movenpick. It is called Club 21

Go into the hotel and turn left. The entrance of the casino is located between the big staircase and Mulligan's (Irish Pub). This casino is favoured by the Koreans as it is near Tan Binh District, the original "Little Korea" of HCMC.

Any of the bros here bought LIONAIR ticket but the passenger in not the credit owner which book the ticket online got problem checking in at Ho Chi Minh Airport?

The counter will ask to look at the credit card. Even I book for myself.

Bro, for budget airlines like Lion Air, Tiger air and jet star, u need not show credit card at the airport. Only SQ and Silkair wants to see the credit card. As long as the transaction is successful , just print out the ticket with the Confirmation Reference number will do.

I am very sure the other brother is not giving wrong info as i just used my credit card to buy a lion air ticket for my sister-in-law to come over 2 days ago. I have also bought a many other tickets with Jet Star and Tiger air for my sisters-in-law for the last few years.
