Can i cancel my wife PR even if we haven got a divorce?? seriously need help here as now my china wife is seeing other guy but we cant get a divorce now, i really wanted to stop my misery not wanting to see her fooling ard not caring about my existance.thanks

yes bro.. If you can get a PI to collect evident of her committing adultery.. You can get immediate divorce and dont even have to give her any cent. But of cos must be solid evident of her going hotel or going privately into the guy's house.. My advise is get proper legal advise.. Else Man always lose out alot in divorce case..

Hey bro, if I am not wrong - woman committed adultery can still ask money from man want ok. Under Woman chapter Act.

after getting your P.I.

You can bluff your Wifey that you need to go overseas (work or holiday) for a few days. If she is having affair behind your back, her "fox tail" will sure come out during those days where you were "away". This will be the best time for your P.I. to get evidence.

Not a good advice. If you entered into a false marriage then you can be jailed and fine if found guilty. So don't even think about it.
