Actually, age and general fitness has something to do with this kind of thing.

They can ask for more because: 1) you're probably doing most of the work, 2) they don't do it every day but every other day (according to your account) so they get days off.

See how lah in your case. Will you get better with time as you continue to do this or grow more tired? Another week or few more days like this and if you still grow more tired and exhausted—then take a break lah.
