I have no contribution but heres what i think.
Most of HC girls are not in uniform thus they wear different clothes everyday. Even if any bros here encountered what you want, the girl may not be in tights the day you visit. Best if you bring along and ask her to wear it. I'm sure most will oblige. You can ask her to keep it and wear it the next time also.

so far twice I go JM, both Ann and Jackie wear stockings that can be passed off as tights ..... but they are lau gohs .... at the most just close yr eyes and think they are your favourite gals ... only $22 per hour
