An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Produces nothing but a set of guidelines and rules that can be easily circumvented. To hold this up as the strategy to give opportunities to Singaporeans now facing rejection by employers and severe structural unemployment is a waste of time. The way to do it is cut off over time employer's access to foreigner labor. When you do this, employers will adjust to a tight labor market by employing Singaporeans, It is a complete waste of time to do this while then foreign workforce is still allowed to grow.
