The cabby went to the Upper Bukit Timah Road condo to fulfil a booking job, said ComfortDelGro spokesman Tammy Tan. Due to heavy rain, he could not see clearly and made a wrong turn onto what he thought was the road leading to the lobby. The driver escaped unhurt before police arrived on the scene after 5.30am.
