Hello... since got so much debates on rates and who can be booked and flame wars... lets discuss this in this thread...

So Rates Update...

Exchange Rate .. Changlun RM1 = 10.2 Baht
Exchange Rate at Duty Free = RM1 = 10.25 Baht
Exchange Rate at HDY =RM1 = 10.27baht

Ranking of farms gers quality

Wonderful / OK KTV - Many SYTs ... 2600 baht (newly arrived) ... 2000 baht (SYTs) and 1500 baht

Suria - Choices getting less and less.. never ask cos selection not good
Kawaii - OK... average selection.. 2000 baht and 1500 baht category...
Mermaid - 2000 baht

This is MY OPINION on girl quality... mostly SYT...

Bars...

Kiss Channel... lots of changes in the performers... but overall.. its a classier place to spend time

Paragon... a place to go if u wanna pick up gers... but beware.. E is Everywhere...

Thanks for the update on the farm prices. This will be helpful to newbies as some of them have been told that prices in SeeKimYong have increased to 2000 - 2500baht for normal period. Will update the DIY website.

Another update... while I was there.. visited a place call Tungsao Mansion... Nightly rates 400 baht... monthly 1000 baht. This is just off Channivate... Soi 5 i think... for ppl who have interest ... just call 074-26265760... the place is new and very clean... rooms are tiled... no bathtub... parking by the side of the road..

How is JB Hotel? Still operational? If so, any upgrading or refurbishing done? It was the best during the very early 90s though not at the central location.

Also, any new or upcoming traditional massage joint equipped with sauna, steam bath or even jucuzzi? Couldn't find any when I was there last year and before. And I am not referring to those spas such as the one near SGV.

wah sure bo lol got 5 star mai stay go stay in lower star hotel hehehehe.

anyway yup JB may not be one of the best hotel in h. city now but during the 90s was still one of the ok hotel in town hehhehe.
