十幾天前，一名孫姓男子下身褲襠滿是鮮血被送到醫院。醫生員先以為是事故導致下體出血，但卻在 治療中發現， 男子的兩側睾丸不翼而飛…

根據《搜狐新聞》報導，經過醫師詢問，孫男竟是自己買了止血鉗、麻藥，在網路上學做睪丸切除術 。一般來說， 只要在6小時內接上睪丸，復原率很不錯，但孫男竟和醫師說「睪丸已丟進馬桶裡沖掉。」

25歲的孫男透露10歲前被當作女兒養，十幾歲時和家中發生爭執，隻身外出闖蕩，和家裡人斷了聯繫 ，就診時 只有一名女子陪在身邊。由於自小的環境，讓他始終認為自己是女生，對於男性器官很是嫌棄，才會 選擇「自宮」 ，沒想到左側睪丸切除後卻血流不止，嚇得他趕緊叫救護車。
