Simply answer your question, yes.
HIV is transmitted (spread) only in certain body fluids from a person who has HIV:

• Blood
• Semen
• Pre-seminal fluids
• Rectal fluids
• Vaginal fluids
• Breast milk

hence why sexual transmission or IV drug transmission are the more common routes between adults.
For other STD, you should get it tested regularly as long as you are sexually active.

Yes there is a small risk of STDs like Herpes and Warts but that risk exists even if a condom is worn throughout the process.

That's because the viruses can be transmitted via skin to skin contact.

HIV transmission is non-existence here as the virus dies off immediately once it is exposed to air. In order for you to be infected and assuming that she is positive, her vaginal fluid have to be gushed out like waterfall and you need to have huge opening wound at the dick and rub it closely so as for the virus to have direct access to your blood mainstream.
Other than that, there is totally no risk. For other STDs, you should get it tested regularly as it can spread via skin to skin mode, not necessarily to have sexual activities.
