Hi bros OL & DYBJ,

Glad to meet you guys on opening nite! The place was great and the setup is relatively posh - really a far cry from the former Sandborg.

Few comments:

1. Stage smack right in the middle of the hall and too small. Need a really good vocalist to turn up the atmosphere for a stage fitted in the centre. You need a real performer.

2. The sound system (both hall and room) not bad but still need improvement. Perhaps some tuning?

3. Singers - terrible. Only 1 or 2 can sing and another 1 or 2 that is pleasing to the eyes. The rest really CMI.

The bosses should take a mixture of both lookers and performers for this joint which I believe will be with good potential in times to come.

Apart from some off-key singing, the rest are basically well, kindof a nice feel with the friendly staff service.:cool:

The sad part is that she has to leave @7.30pm cos she need to report work at her workplace by 8pm.

But then again, from my very newby noob understanding, the singers are matched for the show based on their mthly earnings.
See, 178 & 888 flower tally always very close.......
But way ahead of 999, thus the reason for them to be paired for the show.
Then again, 999's supporter appears once every 2 days to hang a crown on 999 but other than that, 999 has literally no other sources of income.

ok bros, just wanna share something here that my current singer GF told me previously.

Loose flowers will not last long, always lock in one or two BIG patrons (not including BF - if BF is the ultimate patron is the best lah). Reasons: during a End-of-Run Show 下档修 or Birthday Show 生日秀, loose flowers clients will often disappear without a reason or sick or overseas or appointments suddenly creep up. Only ardent patrons or BFs (and stupid fools, if the singer they are supporting already has a "hidden" BF) remain to support 秀 of any kind.

Unless my singer GFs have no big supporters, I will support their show nicely with at least a $20K 白跑 or $10K 龙袍. If she got one big supporter, I will remain hidden and help her earn her best keep from that supporter. At the end of the day, we will both be laughing to our intimate holiday some places else other than Sentosa. :D

ok bros, just wanna share something here that my current singer GF told me previously.

Loose flowers will not last long, always lock in one or two BIG patrons (not including BF - if BF is the ultimate patron is the best lah). Reasons: during a End-of-Run Show 下档修 or Birthday Show 生日秀, loose flowers clients will often disappear without a reason or sick or overseas or appointments suddenly creep up. Only ardent patrons or BFs (and stupid fools, if the singer they are supporting already has a "hidden" BF) remain to support 秀 of any kind.

Went to club monte carlo with a buddy last week. We were there at about 6pm. They have this free flow beer arrangement. With $22 per person, you can drink as many jugs as you like till 8.45pm. I have just quit level 2. Not worth going there anymore IMHO, things are getting a little political i.e. Singers vs Customers. Customer Service level also dropped like nobody business. I pay money to be happy and not to be trumatized. Still miss the good old days at level 2.
