So overall, it is a good fun to try to search a new place, and have fun. Or hunt for a new place in ever exciting Nagoya/Jodoh. Plenty to see, plenty of fun.

Of cos, there are places at nite that you should try not to go as well. Night markets in Jodoh. Damm crowded. They blocked the roads with their barangs. Also some roads are dam messed up with no repairs done. So watch your way too.

Anyway, most of the happenings are in Nagoya/Jodoh area. Peniun area especially Nagoya Hills area, the Hills, A2, BCS, can be real crowded. Drive with care.

There are many motorcycles with no lights as well, AT NIGHT. So watch out. Also equally dangerous are those who zoom pass your left to turn right when you are suppose to go straight in traffic junctions.

The rules of driving in Batam is NO RULES. Although I admit it improved a lot over the years.

Well, here goes my batam trip report, friday 02/01/2015 - 04/01/2015

Day 1:
Took the 1215 ferry to Harbour bay.. Horizon ferry..
Just me, and my 2 other buddies first.. Other 2 buddies coming later last ferry..
Lots of uncles and we were the only 20 plus people around at the smoking zone on top of the ferry.. Felt so awkward but who cares..
Reach and our driver waited for us at the arrival zone. Took his cab and went for lunch first at Nagoya hill mall.. Played the cheapo arcade games there and at 230pm, went to bcc residence and hotel for check in..
Word of advice, this hotel has poor check in service. Waited for 1 hour to check me and my buddies in.. But the wait was fine as our room was huge.. We book beforehand the 3 apartment rooms which is something like a 5 room flat.. Super awesome.. I chose the master bedroom which has the toilet.. Didn't do much.. Drank some beers we bought at Nagoya and slept till 7pm.. Called our driver and proceeded for seafood at Harbour Bay Area.. Bought 6 dishes.. Cost only 400k plus.. We ask the driver to eat with us also.. Waited for my other 2 buddies and I pre book a large room from m1 ktv.. Communication was not a problem coz I can speak fluent indo due to having a jakarta girl as my ex gf for 4 years. Haha..

Finally my 2 other buddies arrive and straight away went to m1 for our ktv session. Ordered 2 bottles of chivas 1L .. And the best part starts.. My buddies was shock when they paraded a whole platoon of girls dressed in red inside the huge ass room.. Difficult to choose as most were smoking sexy.. After 10 mins all got a partner.. Stayed for 4 hours.. Total bill with girls and their cigarettes n food was 4 mil plus. 5 of us.. I dabao the girl I sat with.. Her name was dwi.. Hahaha! My other buddies skip on that.. Had my fun inside the apartment till the next day she went back..

That's was the end of day 1.. Day 2 is more crazier.. I'll write up a report soon Ya bros..

I love the indo Chinese style Bak Kut Teh.
First day I eat the BKT beside Queen coffee shop that opposite left of formasa 2 person 70k. And 2nd day I went to right hand side of Formasa next to lucky plaza Mickey Mouse BKT ordered the same thing with 2 coffee at 130k. Is Mickey mouse BKT more pricey or I got carrot copped?

Try the one at the coffee shop Below the Apollo hotel, opposite Top 100 Peniun. The prices are cheaper and better. Micky mouse is abit more ex.

Well, peniun n famosa is quite a distance.. if he take a taxi there.. he still must pay for taxi fares unless he say he want to walk there
