I have just check where you upload yr photos to,it's a free picture uploading site. Meaning if you upload yr photos to that site without registering as a user in their site & with no password encryption,internet users from all over the world gets access to the same photos u post there. They can even claim ownership to the photos too.

So,very likely that those photos u seen being re-uploaded ,may be upload NOT from user/s of this forum but from others who view those photos in Upload.com? The possibility is vast,bro. Not asking you to give up hope trying to find the person,but do keep an open mind.

May i suggest u actually save the photo that is not uploaded by u to yr comp,then do a photo search via google photo search engine which will lead u to either this forum or somewhere else where the photos already been reposted (maybe it is already reposted now in other forums or sites?).
