No,u didnt kena chop,i get 2 girls from kings massage to massage me , 2 girls with fj on 2 different time of the day excluding massage price also pay same 600k. u definitely didnt kena chop.

Their open mouth price is 600k for 1 fj each girl each session,but all i need is disagree when price is offered,and the girl immediately drop price down to 400k.Wow! 33% disc & without much effort, i end up paying 600k altogether for 2 girls on 2 different time on the same day for my in rm massage. Tried looking for the places which bro nono mentioned for booking girls but only managed to find new berry. Girl standard (looks wise) not very high. Couldnt find the others and my friend was tired from walking. Hence got booking from alishan lol

Kings Massage happy ending 600k is high. can bargain lower. I got it at 450k on my 1st solo trip.

Here is a short FR of my 3rd 2D2N Trip to Batam. As mentioned earlier before, this trip will not have much adventure as I went with my gf. Why 2D2N? Because we went after our work. By the time we reached our hotel, it was already 5pm plus Indo Time.

For this trip, I choose Harmoni Suites Hotel to have an experience of the hotel. It is just about 5 to 10 mins walk away from Formosa Hotel. It is right side of the Formosa Hotel which you need to walk pass the mickey mouse BKT.
The side door of the Harmoni Suites is near the shop selling durian stuffs.
The cost of the room is about $20 plus extra of Formosa Hotel. Below are the pictures of the room.


What surprise me was there is a small kitchen in the room where you can do cooking the room. There is also a small exhaust vent above the cooking area to prevent your room from smelling of cooking.
In the cabinet, basically you have everything for cooking, pots, pans, rice cookers. even cutleries for eating like bowl, spoon, fork also available. You just need to buy the raw materials for cooking.

We had our dinner at Ikan Bakar Acia stated in Bro Nono Food List which is just 5 mins walk away from Harmoni Suites. When we reached the place, it was quite crowd. In the end we settled for its next door neighbour food as i had craving for Fried Osyter.

The whole meal is only 127k.

The next day we had free breakfast in the hotel and went shopping at DC mall which also in a way lead me to Marine Live Seafood as it is along the way.

Lunch was settled in hotel room due we had a kitchen

After lunch, we went up to level 7 of the hotel for massage. The rates are normal. I didnt had a chance to massage alone as my gf asked for couple room massage
The massage, gym and swimming pool all located at level 7.

We had dinner at Marine Live Seafood. As we went to DC mall and saw Marine Live Seafood, it was easier to find.

The meal cost 439k. The drunken prawns soup, the stir-fried vegetables and the seafood tofu are the must try dishes. These dishes are mentioned in the thread by other bros.
I love the seafood tofu and the drunken prawns soup especially the tofu, it is totally different from what you can eat in singapore. Even my gf said it is special.

On the last day, I did try to go for solo massage at level 7 but end up none as the massage rooms are all taken up
After check out, we went to Bridge Massage opposite Formosa for massage before heading back to Singapore.

My rating for this trip is 6/10. Basically nothing much but to enjoy the food. Next trip will try Da Vienna Hotel which is very near to Ikan Bakar Acia.

Yep,Formosa will eventually have to go after their lease are up (if i dont remember wrong should be towards end of next year or somewhere 2017). The piece of land has already been sold off quite some time ago according to whats being shared by one of the bro in this thread few months ago.

I did share (or have hinted)a little before,Center Point beside Formosa will eventually become a hotel (its emptying itself now). Da Vienna Hotel is "likely" belongs to the Management of Formosa since i see staffs of Formosa at Da Vienna in my previous summaries. The surrounding land,lucky plaza to New Berlian (Nagoya 68 hotel) site has also been sold too. I was also looking for alternatives to Formosa since 5 – 6 months ago.

Indonesia do things very much slower than in Sillypore especially when it comes to tearing down and rebuilding something. It will still take a while before Formosa will eventually comes down. I am guessing,at least more than 1 year later. Its not too late to find an alternative now and i have been doing that since...well...read my summaries over the last 6 months.

Yea,those Chinese news paper from Sillypore when they reach Batam cost me 10k,hehehe...anyway,even Batam Pos or their local papers,i still pay them 10k. I will take the papers from the kid/s who sells it after paying her 10k.

In my own perspective,beside just discouraging Syndicate from using kids as beggars,i always believe if one is willing to work,he/she SHOULD NOT go hungry. i will pay the kids for the newspapers (usually at a little higher price) and then collected the papers they sells even when i dont really have much use of it becos i have this belief that no one likes to beg in the street or choose to be a beggar if circumstance allows it.

i will never buy anything from kids who do that on the above pic

One really needs to really set their dignity to the lowest to beg in the public street. And in this case if the little kid (or their parents) choose to "work" for a living ,why should i take away this most BASIC DIGNITY by treating any of them like a beggar? (dignity here refers to dignity of the kid's parents and the kids themsleves)

These kids selling newspapers are Newspaper Sellers,not beggars. Stop treating them like they are beggars for starter.

Its a very basic mutual respect to another human being. Look at it from another angle,the parent/s of these kids for some reason/s cannot work (or choose not to),so the kids goes out to “work” to bring in or somehow subsidise the family household's bread and butter, will anyone here reading this post do the same if you were in that same/similar situation with the kid's family? (I am making illustration base on myself being in the same situation as the parents of the kids who sell me the papers) IF given ONLY 2 paths under similar circumstances as their parents,will I choose to want my kids to “work” or to “beg”?

Kids cant really tell the difference between "working for a living" and "begging for a living",but WE as adults can,dont we?

Newspaper usually cost : 5k
i pay the kids who sells it : usually 10k (sometime 7k to 8k)
Extra 2k-5k given is not a donation in this case but a small tip. (there can be more than 1001 reasons for tipping a little kid)

If i give 5k or 10k to anyone who ask me for money in the street. They are begging and i am donating. There is mainly ONLY ONE reason why i donate to beggars,becos i PITY them. And i respect those in the streets of Batam with a good pair of 2 hands and 2 legs who choose to "work for a living" w/o hurting others.
