Recently went to imh cause of my encik stress me to badly until I buey tahan want to self harm but not kill myself. Sent to imh, went for counseling, psychiatrist then my life become a lot better after I had someone to talk to. Scheduled for mmi to see if I should down pes which I don't want cause I was just stress until I just went into a depressive state.

My question is will this affect me in the future if I choose to sign on with police? The stressors just come from fucked up enciks and I had no one to talk to at that moment. Am I automatically screwed for going to imh? Or is it case by case basis. I was so upset went I told the MO that I had to seek help because I can't take it with my enciks anymore at the same time I would likely sign on as police in the future. He said zero chance to sign on. Even my commanders threaten to write that I went to IMH in my cos that in someways affect my chances in government sectors jobs. I feel helpless

I assume u are nsf now. when u can't stand the enciks in these 2 years, why would u wanna subject yourself to being oppressed for more years when u sign on. when u are outside as a civilian, u can just walk away still keeping your sanity. when u sign on, u can't just walk away. it will be awol or u need to pay back for breaking bond.

Drastic difference between green and blue. And honestly I'd be more motivated and appreciated in blue as oppose to green. The reason I can't stand the enciks in my unit cause they're very very anal about everything. The same mistake done by their subordinate, they close one eye. I got an earful for not replying to them because I was busy helping out in a battlion event. Even got an extra for that.

Plus if I signed on, it would be with a degree

I think its not a good idea to hold a fire arm until you are mentally stable. If you have sudden urges or frequent bad thoughts (especially self harm), please stay away from any of the forces. Its not just for you but for those around you.

I am a NS man Encik in camp (MR very soon) and I do think we behave differently as compared to the days where I get kicked by them in parade square back in SISPEC.

Thanks brother. Im mentally stable. Just at that point of time I hit all time low cause of lack manpower from below and up. Then I still receive shit after working so hard for them. But now I've been better since.

What makes you think SPF won’t have ‘fucked up’ enciks? In fact, you will have to deal with fucked up people wherever you go.

My advise is be honest with yourself, is it really the encik or only just the encik? Or are you really not mentally strong enough? Talk to your counselor more, and be really open with him/her. If you really need to move up to receive psychiatric help, so be it, its better for you in the long run

On your question, once you have legit record in imh, your chances of signing on is a definite zero

I think you should reconsider. Everywhere also got fuck up bosses. Plus Spf you need to deal with fuck up criminals. Maybe some stress/anger management courses or books will help.

Then again, there is always these flowers abit cannot tahan already. With so many people under the same encik, if he really cannot take the pressure, what makes the commanders and encik think that he can take the pressure in spf.

I wouldn't say that they're trying to sabo him, but they're thinking good for him. You know even spf got nsmen kena stress until take revolver kill themselves, got such past cases.

In spf when dealing with criminals, where got such thing as safety time out and safety measures one, you're literally using your life to capture the criminals. Never know if they have any hidden weapons on them.
