There are many such wc accounts around. The rate, which is way off the market rates, is a telling sign of a scam. Be vigilant.

Generally, any service too good to be true, can turn on that skeptic thought in your mind. Wechat unless you can vid chat, most like an auntie or a man. Don't pay any amount in advance. Or place is too dodgy then no go. Cheers bro.
