if you face 80% failure rate to get respond, likely your number is sus (bad or no record)

find those willing to take you and ask them put in positive feedback to the db.

Anyway, for home based MLs, you don't need to ask. Their rates are all clearly stated in their ads. For off menu items, it's between you and the ML. No need to talk about it here.

If shop based MLs , I'm surprised you don't know the market rates. All the rates have been well documented in the Health Centre section.
