painful testis

This question have puzzle me for quite a long time.

I will have painful testis if i never masturbate or sex, I mean
is, if I don't release my semen for a few days I will, have painful
testis. Hovever, once i release it the pain will go of itself.

Do you guys feels the same? pls advise... thanks.

Well, see how yr pain is associated. Last time when I was with my ex, I still a green horn. We basically kissed and hugged, light pet but no sex. I ended up have "blue balls". Your balls the chamber for sperm on standby is not release. Could yours be liked my situation?

I have had similar pain on the somewhere in testicles. I knew the pain is kind-of “funny” and only those have encountered may know how you felt.

My first encounter pain was unbearable. That was I did my gynmastics competition in Singapore Badminton Hall donkey years ago. During my competition, the pain just “sway-siow” struck there suddenly. My fellow mates were giggling at me and distracting me. So, after during the break-time, I told them the pain just striked me suddenly. They were reasoning with me whether it was groin pain or making excuse. Wah…that night I went home and sticked a small piece of “ko-yok-por” there. And it never happened again.

The second pain I encountered was during a heli-repelling night mission exercise. Haven’t jump yet, then the pain striked and I had to put in my entire hand and massage intensively with five fingers. The lau-warrant encik even jokingly suan me “eh..apa, mana sakit?” I replied him “sperma sakit”. Anway, I endured the whole pain through. After the mission, holy shit…he joked with everybody as if I cooked up a story.

So threadstarter, I knew the pain you had. It is unlikely STDs caused it. You can ease your mind. Sometimes, I wonder why it happened. I bet doctors may not know this and so do urologists.

Basically i did experience these sort of pain after small head is too much over excited ie being too highly stimulated but without released after petting. The pain will not only be on the testicles but spread to the abdomen area (not sure if you experience it), which really makes you very uncomfortable and lost sleep...Better go PCC and release off, otherwise you wouldn't be surprise if the colour of your discharge might change (brownish semen)...
Words of advice, this will not be good for your body:- don't ask me why!

Ya.. talking about during NS, I knew this pain when I was serving NS.
It was unconvinent to PCC in the camp and during BMT recruits were
not allow to book out for the first 3 week of BMT. So I never PCC
for 2 weeks. I was scared and reported sick, even did a HIV test.
of course is neg result.

After reported sick and taken medicene my pain still cannot go
off. Then one day, I cannot tarhan, I PCC in the toliet.. and
to my suprise, I saw myself producing a lot a lot of semen!!
Feel like one liters of semen!!

After released, the pain went off after a few min.
