Unless not suspicious to them, else just go into the lift first and politely asked them which floor. After pressing the floor for the neighbour, then press a floor that is higher than them. If they are on the highest floor, then I’ll pressed the lower floor.

I usually will still go in, but will press and alight at a different floor, then take the stairs down or up

Avoiding sharing lift message is a template from okt which I often see as well. Nothing wrong also, but who knows another neighbour will come next and you will have to avoid again

Nothing wrong right? So I chose to do avoid this time, naturally let uncle and his dog go up first. Not sure I deserved to be verbally abused by an ML over this.. She say until like I sabo her big time, and called me "stupid", like another bro's legendary story I saw previously. Did not expect it to happen to me as well.

Sometimes, they also got their bad days bad moods, as long that didn't translate into bad session, I guess still acceptable.

I got scolded by regulars last time for the smallest mistakes, I just keep quiet.
After a while, they realised they are too harsh and will apologize.

Sometime it is really funny. When ML shot at you, rude to you. You are OK. But when waiter or some sale person rude to you. You kpkb. Not saying you. Just saying in general.
