Let's take a moment to remind ourselves that breast milk can serve as a vector for HIV transmission. HIV can spread through certain body fluids, including breast milk [2]. Interestingly, most HIV-infected infants acquire HIV through breastfeeding [1].

Uncertain if there are studies about adult consumers of breast milk and HIV transmission, which is really the more relevant question for us.
