Today, I’d like to update you regarding the current state of KTV in China. In the past, people who went to KTV in China often went to Guangdong. However, after the Dongguan raid in 2014 and the Huizhou raid in Danshui in 2018, most people now prefer to go to KTVs in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Zhuhai. Team Phillip has been in Guangdong since 2012, and no one knows the top KTVs in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Zhuhai better than I do. If you’d like to make a reservation, feel free to add me on WeChat or TG anytime. We will ensure you’re well taken care of with assistants supporting you throughout the process. The costs are transparent, and any issues can be easily resolved.

I’ve heard that in recent years, KTVs outside Guangdong have become even more exciting. In 2024, our team expanded to three popular areas in Changchun (North East China), Chongqing, and Chengdu. You can experience things with the hostess appearing braless or even fully undressed — it’s definitely beyond what you might typically expect. From February 8 to 18, 2025, I have successfully led the team and explored KTVs in Xi'an and Beijing. Our next plan of action is that we’re planning to expand further into places like Changsha, Ningbo, Qingdao, Hangzhou and Wuhan, where the KTVs are even more open.

Recently, a new customer added me on WeChat and asked for recommendations for KTVs near the hotel where he was staying. I provided him with the address and detailed information on the costs he could expect, including the room fee, sitting fees, mummy fees, DJ fees, minimum spending, and so on. After that, I didn’t hear back from him, so I assumed he wasn't interested in booking the KTV, as I cannot directly inquire whether someone wants to proceed with a booking or not.

However, later that evening, around 9 or 10 pm, the same customer contacted me again and asked if I could help him with booking the KTV. I was a little surprised by his sudden request but, of course, I was more than happy to assist. After making the necessary arrangements, I provided him with the room number, and he went directly to the KTV.
But shortly after, the KTV manager, who had helped finalize the arrangements, discreetly informed me that the guest had actually arrived at the venue earlier in the day, wanting to book a private room. However, because the KTV operates under a policy that doesn’t accept walk-ins, the manager had informed the customer that all the rooms were fully booked, and hence the customer was then turned away.

Naturally, I was quite taken aback. I couldn’t understand why the customer would ask for information from me earlier in the day, but then choose to go to the venue on his own without informing me that he needed my help to secure a booking. It seemed that many customers, after initially reaching out for details, might attempt to go directly to the KTV themselves. This made me realize the challenges these customers could face if they decided to go to the venue without booking in advance. It’s important to note that most KTVs in China don’t accept walk-in customers, as they have to be cautious about who enters their premises—especially when it comes to concerns about security or illegal activity.

Let me explain this to everyone here: if you plan to visit a KTV or nightclub in Pandaland, it's crucial to work with a sales or marketing agent like myself who can help you secure a reservation for a table or a private room. Many people make the mistake of going to a venue directly, without informing anyone ahead of time, which makes them walk-in guests.

When you go to a venue without a reservation, there’s a high likelihood that you won’t receive any special treatment or discounts. In the KTV industry, certain services are often reserved for guests who have made a reservation. If you reach out to a marketing agent like me, I can help arrange extra perks, such as complimentary snacks, fruit platters, and sometimes even bottles of wine—things that can help you avoid spending more money than you need to.

However, the most significant benefit isn’t just about saving money—although that’s definitely an advantage. The real value comes in the treatment you’ll receive. If you're looking to take a girl out for an overnight session or a private one-shot experience, having a reservation made through a marketing agent ensures that you’re treated well. Without a reservation, you’ll likely be seen as just another walk-in, and there’s a high chance the venue won’t accommodate you at all. Can you imagine how frustrating that would be? When the bill comes, there could be hidden charges added to your tab, and trying to dispute them could make it difficult for you to leave without paying.
Another important consideration is your payment method. If you don’t have enough cash or encounter problems with your bank cards, WeChat Pay, or Alipay, who will help you sort out the issue? Without a reservation or a connection to the venue, you may find yourself in a situation with no one to help resolve the payment.
