Yes very rare. Seen a lot of fake ones like posh spice type where they look like two grape fruit resting on a surfboard. I think these type ignored their surgeons advice. I'm being picky now though, as I have no issue sucking on these tiddies as well

But very few make the right size choice and I think, sadly, most girls usually opt for the cheapest surgery.
