Im going to cebu next week. Could anyone tell me which HOTEL is nearest to the happening area.. please assist... unlike angeles city, i understand that all bars are spread out.... so, im very confused to which roads of hotel to stay! pse advice!!

Bro, sry for late reply. I can't give you any specific hotel cause I've not stayed at them, but do an online search for hotels along Mango Avenue. That's the main are that you'll wanna be in.

I stayed at Marriott and Cebu Parklane the last time I am there. Both quite a distance away but is walking distance to Ayala Center. Just take a short taxi to Mango Ave can already.

Can anyone advise how is the chiong scene in Cebu now? Haven't been there since 2 yrs ago but I heard many bars closed down and barfine is not allowed now.

Just go down to Mango Avenue. Check out the bars one by one, until you find one you feel comfortable.

You are rite...... no barfines / EWR allowed now and most of the bars are crying as they hardly have any customers going to them.

Mongers take their girls now from the FL scene.

I went to Cebu in July, I am not really into bar hopping and drinking so I made my contacts online via dating webbies.
I spent about 8000pesos for 3D2N service inclusive of tip.
A bit overprices IMO and what I looked at online is not what I got in reality (the girl is real but the expectation is a bit short)

8. Always check the age by asking them to produce legal documents. I know some chaps who met underaged girls and got into trouble.
9. Be prepared for security checks when going to the malls
