Go for a bicycle ride or walk, hike. Sun are best time to do it as fewer cars on the road. If put in effort, easily 3-4 hours and one part of day gone liao.

I hike - which allows me to [1] stay healthy, [2] go places, [3] meet new people and [4] target new goals (mountains and ultra marathons).

It would be a 1 or more year project.

So I suggest you try something like that.
