Cape inn at seng poh rd

With the recent raidings in Geylang a lot of cheongsters have been avoiding bringing thier fls n fbs down to geylang. Recently i saw on newspaper ad that at seng poh rd there is a cape inn hotel. Out of curious, brought my fb down to try out the place. At first look from outside the place seems class to me although compare to those large hotels. Went into and book a room. First i have to say is that the place is quite discreet to find coz spend some time looking for it therefore need not be afraid to see ppl i know. Second, i dont have to worry about those av coming to the place unlike lavender and chinatown or kovan as there are many fls station around. Third, the price is reasonable 2 hrs $30 overnight $89. The rooms are very cozy and toilet comes wif bath tub. I have a total relax feeling while in the room although my fb make it hot later. I am here to share with bros who do not want to go to any of H81 branches.

After this review on the thread, this place is no longer discreet and soon, SOMEONE will be invited to knock on the door of this Inn.

Didn't know this place offers transit. It didn't use to, just all night. It's quite near the hotbed of Tian An Men, Las Vegas, Lido Palace and some of the short term girls actually live there. Would be mighty convenient if they have started offering transit rooms.

good to know . . . but for bros who drive & wanna be discreet . . .

there is no parking in the building or immediately next to it
have to park on the surroundng streets . . .also limited
and being in food area no need to say avoid meal times
not bcos of lack of parking lots . . .but bcos of prying eyes

Actually there are a few car parks available if you are willing to walk about 5 minutes to the Cape Inn. There is one on Outram Road right across a row of eateries (Tiong Bahru Pao outlet). Tan Boon Liat Building car park. And the nearest is the car park to the boutique hotel on Tiong Bahru Road (I forgot the name).

There used to be a group of FL that operate out of that place sometime back... sometimes they will go to lobby or just outside it to receive their client..... that was at least 1 to 2 years back already.... Had not been there since...

Used to go to that old CC in my teens... and those birds singing hangers coffee ship (now closed become the new hotel ).....

Very unique location indeed ....

cape inn started business about 5 years ago but offer transit recently only, nice environment also makan available at ground floor of the building

Thought Cape Inn only starts to operate not long ago?

yes, 4 years ago they offer $60/ night for PRC that stays for a month on social visit pass..

This place has changed somewhat in recent years. There used to be many prc who live there. Now I think there are much fewer if any. Last time there was a hawker center undernealth to let people munch & ogle at the passiing PRC. Not now anymore, so it also mean if there are some prcs up there, it would be inconvenient for them to find makan.
