I go to a health center at least once a month to have a female instructor show me how to do this on a one-on-one basis.

She usually got tired of talking somewhere during my 45 min lesson and decides to demonstrate on me.

There are also female instructors giving lessons on proper love making techniques, etc.

Some will also conduct lessons for the appreciation of the female form.

Most are conducted on a one-on-one basis. Towers are necessary, but are usually discarded at around the 20 - 25 min point.
