Is it a compulsory for HC gals to do STD test?

Today while chatting with 1 of the HC ang pai, she reveal to be that it is a compulsory govt rule that they need to do health screening and tests. Not sure but the frequency though. If the govt knows the nature of the business, why do they still do raids?

Bros, any true in that? Understand that those legal fish tank gals follow such practice, but HC gals also?

They have to do it whenever they need to renew their license which is annually

if the hc hold a massage establishment licence, ACT 173A, then all masseuse must be licenced, one a year, blood test at kelantan rd DSC. got briefing also about those disease, and how to keep clean.

this dont apply to open concept , and beauty shop. unless they keh kiang ,
go and take apply "Act chap 173A licence."


in the past only,work permit holder, malaysian once a yr check up.
sporean , first time take licence then check up, 1 time only.
now all masseuse check every year.

some time the gal no check , also continue to work in the hc, becos cant get ppl to
work mah.
so play safe , wear a cap.

Actually, Anti Vice of CID know what is going in at HCs, Health Spas , they prefer to close one eye..

In fact, CID used this forum as a guide to check the activity of HCs and TNs, KTVs..

Some undercover police officers also go to HCs and Spas to indulge themselves as well as to extract info from those gals about suspect who visit those places.

Sexual activities are illegal at those places because of the name 'Health Centres'' are meant to convey that the places are for massage only, nothing else..

They have to raid the place because they are acting out of complaint or doing the routine check.


During the raid, they know who are the ang-pais of HC, but they dont arrest them because of SBF postings. If they caught gals in the room naked and doing FJ, BJ, the gals have to be arrested.. and customers have to give truthful statement detailing the acts.

not just HC. Spas are classified into different classes. some classes require checkups and declarations, ie those with less facilities. I have heard of muslim therapists (those in tudong, mind you!) being asked to go for these checkups and declarations ("how many times have you had sex with your customers") and these poor ladies have turned all red and keeps asking allah to forgive the government officials.

What happens to the customers after giving statement ?

Just a warning or get charge also ?

Customers will be let off with a warning, but in some cases, AV unit can call their families and tell them that customers will be required to give evidence as witnesses against gals..

This is based on what I had read on the past postings on similar threads here.
