Maid gets 3 years' jail for sex with employer's 12-year-old son

SINGAPORE: An Indonesian maid who had sex with her employer's 12-year-old son was jailed three years by a district court on Wednesday.

In doing so, the Courts has sent out a deterrent message to those convicted of sexually exploiting children.

The 27-year-old woman, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, had engaged in consensual sex and performed oral sex on him on four occasions last year.

They only came to light on Christmas day after the boy's grandmother saw the maid performing oral sex on him.

District Judge John Ng said the maid had abused her position of trust.

He said the person entrusted to look after the children had, in fact, turned out to be a sexual predator.

The Judge also noted that the offences took place in the young victim's home.

So, Mr Ng felt that a clear message had to be sent out that the law would not tolerate such behaviour. - CNA/vm

Is a child below the age of consent capable of putting his consent to any legally binding contract or enter into such? Thus, if the sex was with a person below the age of consent, the sex cannot and would not have been consensual.

The Judge would have noted if the offences took place in an budget hotel, luxury hotel, MSCP, swimming pool or any other place, so the judge was basically wasting his breath.

An CLEAR AND RESONANT MESSAGE has been sent since 1980s that having sex with a minor in any way, shape, or form will lead TO PAIN AND DESTRUCTION (But what if both parties are underage eh?) but its no fucking use cause the CLEAR AND RESONANT MESSAGE doesnt work because people still fuck kids.
