Reporting child porn to authorities?

Guys i had recently come across a website that have a huge collection of child porn (it was an accident, i wasnt searching for any child porn). I was rather disturbed by it. Are they breaking any laws by hosting such porn? The website is not a Singapore website, is there any authorities that i can report to? I feel that i have the obligation to report the site... Any help?

I think our authority are monitoring it, ignore it and if you have children at home? Lockup this website, tell all people avoid this it is truly wrong.

Watched Desperate housewives for 5yrs, i think the producers had this message. Adults should not teach children wrong things, it is our duty to protect our childrens.

just curious.. when you say child porn. you are referring to how old ?
above 12 ? or below 12 ? below 16 ?

Legal age may vary from country to country but universally the accepted norm would be to be 14 and below to be considered underaged , now before you start jumping on me let me qualify that I am not a purveyor of such but just that there are quite a number of westernised so-called developed countries allowing 14 years old to become models
