Anyway.. I have this aunt who had breast cancer.. So they kinda like remove the boobs.. So after the op.. They replaced it with the fake silicon one I think.. And they actually reconnect the nerves so that there is feeling when touched.. More amazing is that they can produce artificial nipple which look almost like the real one and is sensitive..

Give you an idea of how to check for enhanced boobs. Put your hand under the boob and lift it up. How does the top part of the boob look like? If you can see a semi-circle shape at the top of the boob, the girl got breast implant. If she got real boobs, the top part will just flesh without a semi-circle shape. The semi-circle shape comes from the silicon bag.

I understand that the old type is the silicone implant. You can feel that there is a piece of firm item inside there - pretty darn obvious leh.

But, I know these days, there are more advanced enhancement, like some form of injection similar to botox, which makes it one size bigger and somewhat firmer. But that doesn't last and got to go for the injection every few months.....
