Just go lah..Bring along enough cash SGD500 more than enough for whatever u want for a one day, maybe more. Money talks there.
Take a boat then taxi, go to Nagoya area and play..

No need to bring so much ... S$200-S$300 enough ... Unless you wanna gamble and go disco/KTV ...

When I went to Batam for the first time, I only brought along less than $200,more like $140 and had to scrape through my pouch for more money for transfer from Tanah Merah Ferry terminal to Tampinres area where I live. Bring more, not less

I prefer penguin ferry at world trade centre. S$26 two way ticket to batam centre. then 30k rupiah to nagoya. my favourite cewek joints are hollywood, sensaksi, lois pub, aloha and the one next to holiday hotel name 'permai massage' I think, just tell the driver. pay around 280k if you go with taxi driver, if not, just 230k.

Most ATMs in Batam allow you to withdraw Rupiahs as long as your Sg ATM card has PLUS on its rear .... surcharge of S$5 applies

Denominations for withdrawal are:
Rp100,000 to Rp1,000,000
