I frequent there very often in the past.
Cabana spa (at Cabana Inn) basically owns the whole building and rents out the room to the hotel for guests. They will allocate some rooms for hanky panky business. My first contact with this spa was two years back...by chance...came back from midnight movie from Suria KLCC and the light stopped at 5th level, the door opened and I saw a bunch of SYT chinese girls, seem to be malaysians.
