What I can see here are professional offers/advertisement from Pimps or Gals. We would call it "escort services"
Freelancers are the girl walking the roads as before in Geylang -- or sitting in a pub as they do at Orchard towers. They may have a mamasan who is guiding her - but othewise they are "free"... Is it illegal ? maybe depends on your view of the law: sex with consent among adults is not illegal. Pimping is. Now, where are those flowers of the night hiding? That should be the real topic here.
