HCs & TNs for sale
Looking at the change in ownerships today in the massage industry, like changing underwear now, thought I will start a thread for bros interested to takeover these places if they are for sale. Have been driving around lately myself and found many of these places closed for renovation For indefinite periods. I am sure they don't want to have the Reno go to waste.

TS, this may be for good or for bad but i believe there will definitely be some for take over for massage services at least so i would suggest to also have a indication of take over fees if anyone knows? I believe there will be bros out there very interested.
