yesterday i felt that my penis is very painful then i noticed that my foreskin is swollen n i have smelly discharge. dunno wat is happening. do i need to go to DSC for check up?

Just see any GP will do. If it need be, the doc will then refer you to DSC or somewhere.

You have a smelly discharge coming out of your penis and you have to ask whether you should go see someone?

Please do the following tasks in this exact order:

1. Walk to the nearest wall.
2. Bang your head against it very hard at least 10 times.
3. Stand still to ensure that you don't lose consciousness.
4. GET YOUR ASS TO THE DOCTOR AND GET IT CHECKED!!!!!

Did you happen to have some itchcy feeling before it starts to swell?

Faced something like this a couple of years back. First started with slight itchcy feeling then it got worst. So went to see a polyclinic doc and was given some washing solution and started washing in the night. The next morning was surprise to see the little bro foreskin swell like a elephant trunk.

So went to see a GP and was questioned so told him that was given a bj by gf and probably got scratched and a couple of days later, got a hj by a health worker.

The GP was unable to determined any STD and said that it was most probably due to inflamation and given me some medication to apply and a course of anti biotics. After a couple of days of medication, the swell subsided and everything was ok.

It's been a week since you last posted, you recovered?

i'm really sorry this happened to you..
but i suggest you see a doctor immediately..

if ur foreskin is red and swollen, you might have been suffering from phimosis.

it's an infection of the foreskin.. if untreated it'll spread and you'll notice the foreskin swelling.. in time to come, ur foreskin will become so large that it canot retract and move back away from the glans. the germs r breeding under the foreskin.. i know it's pretty harsh to say this and you might hate me for this.. but PLeasE watch ur hygiene .. cases like these usually happen due to poor hygiene practices..
