It depends on which part of China going man...to SHA a good price would be 500-520 on China Eastern...Thai Air also got good pricing but hassel cause have to change plane in BKK

the cheaper way is book the tour to around area(where u go). Extend the air tickers (you must tell the tour company)

How can you say that taking Thai Air with 1 free stop over in BKK is a hassel ... I always stop over in BKK over the weekend before returning to SG ... and the flight service are much better than others airline ...

Hmmm agree with u, I travel a lot and depends on where is the destination n timing I took quite a lot of different airlines.... SQ, TG, CA, ...... TG I consider not bad...

Agreed... different destinations, different price cheaper also, IMHO normally the national airline of place od departure will be higher...i.e TG from Thailand, SQ from SIN, and CX from HK...etc.

TG also the preferred airline for me in terms of service... and one of the best airline lounges I like is CX.. no horse run...

Don't bother taking Air Asia! It is not worth it! The prices are so much higher! The only time it is worth it is when they have promotional prices but even then it is mostly for week days!

A suggestion is to take promotional air tickets from Thai Air for $135 to bkk on jan,feb and mar.

After adding in the surcharges, shd be around $190+. Not a lot more than budget airlines also... Last time I took valuair at $268 return to bkk... feel like a carrot.. haha...
