How Lian Pubs in Geylang

I have often read about complains of bad service from Mask 51 because they are popular and I have not been there for a very long time for the same reason.

I am a regular pub goer and been to almost all the viet pubs in JC and geylang. There are another 2 pubs that i frequently visit that are very how lian because business is good. I went to U Pub alone recently at about 10pm and the place is 80% empty, crowd don't come in till after 11pm. The fucking waitress asked to to sit at the bar counter because I am alone. I said what's your problem? I will order 2 jugs at one go, then she show me to the counter at the back of the pub. I said give me one of the small table and i can share when other customers come alone. But she refuse wtf??? As if i got no money or what??? I was even prepared to order one tower as i can finish it all by my self. I got fed up and told her to fuck off and went to V Pub and occupy a table all by myself.

Anothe arrogant pub is Bell (between Lor 7 and 9). I was a regular there and things changed when business is good. It was pack all the time and they start to chase me away when my jug is running low... I usually order at least 2 jugs on my alone trips. After the police started raiding gangsters in Geylang serveral months back. Their customer who are mainly teenage gangsters don't go there anymore. Ha ha ha... It is a ghost town now. Serve them right. Hope the same goes for U Pub. We deserve better service than this, as Pubs depend on regulars and not those that go once a week.

Mask51 is infamous for their indifferent treatment. Anyway, you can try Jazzy51 which I feel is better in terms of service.

Next time, you can try giving it excuse like, I need a table for 3 while my other 2 friends coming in later.

Bro, u are correct and i have done that before but don't like their attitude. Sometimes i go with 2 other friends n we order 1 tower n we get a table. But look, they only make money from 1 tower. If i share table with 2 other strangers, they will get more orders.

The business man in china is smarter, they have minimum expenses per table. So if i want a table, i need to spend not less than a certain amount which i think it is fair n very smart way of doing business.

The pubs in JC are much better in taking care of regular customers but too bad they close early. Some even give me a flat happy hour price all night long n that's their way of rewarding regulars.

Anyway, i now go for early sessions in JC.

i also kena the same thing at U pub - i go there alone, always ask me sit at bar counter.

I ignore them, just walk to the back counter by the glass, order my drinks, within 15 mins i always got a table.

When I go with a fren, the waitress said need to order 2 jugs. When I approached the Boss, he said need 3 jugs to get a table

Bunker in JC is also falls in the same category. I walk in at 6:45 PM. The whole pub only has 2 tables taken. One has 2 customers with a tower, the other has 1 customer with a jug of beer.

The waitress asked me to sit with the customer with the jug i.e. share table. I told her the whole pub is so empty, let me sit in a table of my own. Both me and the other customer have more privacy. If later when the pub is very full and you are short of tables I'll be very willing to share table with anyone.

She refused and insisted that this is how she has to let me sit, if not I can sit alone at the bar counter. I walked out. gave them a second chance and tried a few months later 'cause bored of my regular joints 155 and Club V. Again the same story.

I gave up on this place !!

ya, I encountered the samething recently, after a while at the bar counter, I left. another thing in bunker, you must write the songs and pass to the counter, but sometimes I can't write or can't remember, only by looking at the screen then I can choose.

anyway, when I am alone now, I don't go to bunker. 155, pebbles, V or bunker, the girls move around, so don't really make any diff

i went 155 with one bro, uncle jackbl, he sees many vb who are no bad.
i went 155 with another bro, captain carrot, he sees the place as MONSTER INC.

No way a pub owner or waitresses tell u where to sit or tells u u must order 3 jugs to get a table. the owner is conning u . the waitress is cheating ur money. The pub owner is cheating ur money. Tell all the people to stop goimg to these pubs and they will close down for no business. These type of pubs need to close down.
