My friend work permit is expiring soon n she like 2 know when she go back how long will she had 2 wait be 4 cuming back on social pass ? Can any bros let me know e waiting time TKS a lot

To my knowledge - as long the permit holder had terminated his/her work permit in good will and procedural - there is no restriction period for a return to visit under social visa entry.

If the former permit holder had anytime - offended Singapore or instructed to leave Singapore under restricted regulation - he/she need to apply for an approval to enter Singapore. That will be troublesome.

Kindly approach the Singapore Immigration for further verification if he / she still in Singapore before departure. Or approach the nearest Singapore Embassy / Consulate for details.

There's a certain period "barred" from re-entry once a person leaves Singapore. For Vietnamese it will be 14 days.

What's her nationality? By the way, social visit pass will be 30 days and you may extend visa to another 30 days. If you need to extend visa up to 90 days, then you need good reasons.

If you are afraid she might be denied entry, its better that you fetch her over from her origin country and at the custom, identify yourself as a sponsor for her.

While she's on WP, social visit would be disregarded. If I'm not wrong she has 1 week but nowadays it's 3days or so, keeps changing, to go out fr SG. Thereafter, means if she comes in as a social visitor, she should have 2 months or so. But then, it varies, so it's just a rough guidance

I did it right after my gf terminated her wp, the tricky part is on what basis you apply her back ? Tourist meh , after work two years worked here still come back and tour around, is that making sense to you or the authority?

Think of the reason that the officer sitting behind the desk looking at your application reasonable.
