Maybe I am trying to gain pity with my story. But I have a feeling that no one's OC can be as bad as mine.

My OC super low sex drive. If I can do once every month, that is considered lucky.

2)suggest texting or emailing each other sexy messages describing what you would like to do to each other in bed when apart frm each other
3)buy sexy lingerie for anniversary or birthday as a subtle hint or plan romantic getaways
4)kissing, hugging and caressing ur wife in a none-suggestive way more often when at home together(affection leads to higher libido?)
5)re-evaluating ur repertoire in bed and also finding the right moment to talk about it with her(going down on her, massages, positions she like.etc)

btw, its a huge blow to one's self-esteem what your wife did, wearing track pants to sleep to tell you "keep ur hands off me". But hang in there man, i think FL is not worth it if u dont want the risk of ur OC finding it out and have further impact on your sex life (or marriage).
