How much sex is enough?

There were times when once in day when I was newly married May be twice in day.
Sometime, when we had off day.. 3 times in day...

Later may be alternate day... For few years...still Depends how busy with life/work

Had discussing with some friend recently, only few of them of healthy sex life...
some of them still have sex once in week.
Even some of them once in month also.
Some of them use pills to boost.


I read few article, everyone has different view about this sex.

What I conclude:

20-30 yr of you are cable of high sex drive - may be 2 to 3 times in day
30-40 yr of you are cable of medium sex drive - may be 2 to 3 times in week
40-50 yr of you are cable of low sex drive - may be once in week
50-60 yr of you are cable of very low sex drive - may be once in Month
After 60 once in while, may be once in 3 month.


Brother and sister here, what is your opinion ?

Sex is like money (to me at least).... so if the girl is right, there can never be enough. The more, the merrier.

Age does matter but you got it all wrong. I'm 45 and if with the right girl i can do her at least 4 times a day and the first and second time could be within half an hour. The girl is very important. However with my wife, maybe once every few days. It is the mutual attraction

I agree to this... It all depends how fresh the meat is. I used to think my drive is deteriorating due to age, doing my ex-gf of 3 years once maybe twice a week. After broken off and now with new gf, we're doing each other at least 2 times a day for first few months. Now its down to 2-3 times a week. We've been together for 8 months now. Btw, am 32

But when i meet a fresh fb recently, we did 4 times that night

hey I'm 45 and still can do 4 times a night. when i spend a night at a resort can do twice before sleep and during the night just before dawn twice. It's really achievable. Just last year i went to Shenzhen to stay with a KTV babe and we did 16 times in 6 days, make the trip worth
