Nusa Bestari is definitely nearer Bro. Exit from No.308 if I'm not wrong. Sign shows Johor bahru & Pasi Gudang. From malaysia checkpoint takes abt 10mins if cruise at 110km/h. Hapi searching!

If its JB town, its better to go from the old Causeway. Toll is cheaper too.
