Anibiotics is not to build up antibodies. UNlikely to affect the outcome as have HIV is have HIV. Some drug claim to make HIV no trace but it is suppress only. There is no known cure for HIV. Go see a doctor to confirm better.

Antibiotics have no effect whatsoever on viral infections. Antibiotics are only effective against bacterial infections.

Re: Would antibiotics medicine/illness affect HIV blood test?

Yup. Antibiotics are targeted at particular bacteria infections only. So different antibiotics will target different groups of the bacteria family.

However, our bodies will react when on an antibiotics course. So there there will definitely be something affecting other biochemical changes in our bodies. Seek advice from your doctor. Ask him about it. However, I think most GPs will be quite ignorant about this. Best go to DSC clinic. If you cannot go to DSC because u dun wanna be traced, go to a specialist.
