An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

In the New Paper, Dr Lam Pin Min said the sign was put up only recently and that he was not aware of the exact wordings of the sign.
Translation: Not my fault. The porlampars put up the sign.

The residents say the sign has been there for at least 6 years.
