There's one Thai massage joint in City Square called Thai Odyssey. Think its on the level just below the cinema, cannot recall with certainty but the name is correct for sure.

Very convenient if you don't drive. The massage is good and ambience is pretty cosy. Many Singaporeans go there, the mall is just a little past CIQ reachable after about 5 minutes of walking.
