I got a good friend who is holding high postion in Govt body told me that our govt is going to set a new rule that all people who is working for many many years are only entitle to 3 months retrenchment fee only

That means no matter how long u have work (10, 20 ,30 years still get 3 months retrenchment fee)

The Employer have rule Singapore working market and is better to be your own boss.

They are the Govt. If they make this ruling even with objections from all of us, they will still implement it regardless if you or me like it or not. The employer will be laughing all the way to the bank with this ruling in place.

Just look at the Transportation fare, so many shouting not to increase they still carry on ......knn......interview people get comment but play behind the whole country sian..............

Daring is not enough,,, must have more. Last time got daring one, but under strenght also become Dead Hero.
