what u encountered was the result of penny wise, pound foolish girl.

Breast implants come in many different way n price...she choose the cheaper version with some gel like substance inside a bag..

these gel after 'being cooked' inside her body's warm temperature for a year or two will harden like a rock.

Silicon gel eliminated this problem but more expensive n need to be massaged for the first few months to even out the texture
