Cyclists take one entire lane on road (Acceptable?)

Errant cyclists hogs half of Mandai Road -- by riding on each side of a lane Posted on 29 December 2013**|**4,710 views**|**38 comments The sight of two cyclists hogging half of the two-lane road Mandai Road angered STOMPer*Zauyah, who feels that errant cyclists should be penalised. In his report, STOMPer Zauyah wrote: "These two cyclists were spotted along Mandai Road. "The road is a two-lane road which is normally used by heavy vehicles yet these two cyclists make it their cycling paradise. "The sight of two cyclists hogging the road is one that will lead to drivers getting sore eyes. "Why are cyclists not penalised for doing this? "If they were hit, the drivers often get the blame, which may even lead to them having their licence revoked, and thus robbing them of their livelihood.
