As PR and other FTsh are allowed to manage companies in SG, it is easy for these foreigners to cheat, scam and defraud members of the public, pack up and go home. FTsh shareholders could always feign ignorance about how their companies were run by FTsh directors.
Local directors often have nowhere to run to except to stay in SG and get sued or face prosecution. Try to sue or prosecute these FTsh directors and you will be wasting your time and money. Think twice before giving credit to companies in SG managed by FTsh. Companies not managed 100% by locals should not be allowed to operate in SG. It is not 100% scam proof but when a local flees, he will be a fugitive. When a FTsh flees, he flees to freedom in his home land.
