Minion Lee said HDB conducts procedural regular inspections, including late at night and early in the morning and to harass peasants who have the gall to write long complaint letters. HDB will work with pliant pro-regime lackeys in grassroots organisations to manage the stupid peasants who do not pay tax but want services from well paid lackeys. Minion Lee said 24-hour coffee shops and supermarkets exist because they cater to foreign serfs who work night shifts, such as taxi drivers and healthcare workers. Under Ruler Loong 'Love the Foreigners Policy', shops stayed open to help foreigners while creating noise for the ungrateful peasants who are always hunkering for handouts. "KNNCCB, never pay taxes but write long letters to bug Ruler Loong, if you all so smart, then think of ways to contribute tax dollars, if no ideas, then shut up and let the merchants serve foreigners and pay rental ok.
