Subordinate Courts changed name to State Courts of Singapore!
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
With effect from 7 March 2014, the Subordinate Courts will be renamed “State Courts”. Unless otherwise stated, the processes and procedures remain unchanged. Where reference is made to the “Subordinate Courts” in any subsidiary legislation, contract, deed or document, it shall be read as a reference to the “State Courts”, unless the context states otherwise.
Now this is long overdue liao.:)
